Xencare organic wintergreen oil's principal constituent is almost exclusively methyl salicylate (up to 97.4%) which is a compound closely related to acetylsalicylic acid or aspirin. When applied to the skin, this oil has analgesic properties.

For external use only. This product is pure and potent, can burn the skin if applied directly. Always dilute in your carrier oil of choice for skin use. For aromatherapy, use 3-5 drops to your diffuser or a bowl of steaming water and inhale deeply. For physical therapy, dilute 2-3 drops to 30mL of carrier oil and massage onto the affected area.
